Shipping and Return Policy

I. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days. This timeline may extend in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters.

II. International orders are generally delivered within 5 to 7 working days. However, delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country and prevailing conditions.

III. Domestic returns require 5 to 7 working days, while international returns take 15 to 21 working days. These timelines may vary based on the destination and other circumstances.

IV. The customer is responsible for all costs and expenses related to the shipment, including but not limited to customs duties, taxes, levies, or other applicable charges. Additionally, any costs associated with returning the shipment, such as warehousing, storage, or disposal, will also be borne by the customer.

V. If an order is received in a damaged condition, it must be reported to Les Victoriennes Customer Support at within the same day of delivery. Supporting evidence, such as pictures or videos of the damaged item and packaging, must be provided to initiate an investigation. Failure to report damages within this timeframe releases the store from liability.

VI. Customers requesting a return will be charged additional shipping fees.

VII. Products will not be eligible for return if they have been opened, used, or if the return timeframe has been exceeded.

VIII. Returns will only be processed after inspection of the returned item to confirm it is in good condition and unopened.

IX. Our courier service will contact customers to arrange delivery. A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made.

X. If incorrect contact details are provided and delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the order will be canceled. A refund will be issued, deducting delivery charges and any additional expenses incurred, including customs duties.

XI. Customers are advised to verify with local customs authorities regarding restrictions on products such as supplements or regulated items. Orders rejected by customs will be canceled, and refunds will be processed after deducting delivery charges.

XII. Orders canceled prior to processing will receive a full refund. Cancellations after processing will incur a deduction for delivery charges.

XIII. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
